1.Do I have to create an account to order from us?

No, you can choose to check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your prescription information and other preferences that can make shopping on our quicker and more convenient in the future.

2.Why do you need my phone number?

One of our opticians will personally call you if they notice a problem with your order, such as an expired or incorrectly entered prescription, to see how you would like to handle the issue.

Frames and Lenses

1.Do you sell frames without lenses?

Yes, you can purchase frames only without lenses.

2.How do I know which frames will look best on me?

Our face shape guide can help you determine what style of frames will work best with your facial features. You can also use it to see for yourself which frames complement your face the most. Lastly, our expert opticians are always available via phone to make recommendations regarding frame shapes, styles, and colors.

4.What is the difference between Acetate and Standard Plastic?

Acetate is a premium plastic that is more durable than standard plastic. Acetate is also extremely lightweight and more flexible than Standard Plastic, as well as having more diverse color patterns and richer hues. Standard Plastic also tends to be more brittle. 

5.Which lenses do you offer?

We offer prescription lenses for four different vision types: distance, near.

6. May I order lenses only?

Yes, we will allow you to purchase prescription lenses only. We’ll send to you the originally produced lenses without any cutting. You can go and ask your local glasses shop to cut the lenses so as to fit your own eyeglasses. Additionally, you must speak with an optician, and give us the RX before you place order for prescription lense.


1.What is the strongest prescription you can fill?

We can fill prescriptions as strong as:

1)SPHERE > -6.00

2)CYLINDER > -2.00

3)SPHERE > +6.00

2.Do you offer prescription sunglasses?

We sure do! Most of our sunglasses can be made with prescription, Transition (light adjusting), or tinted lenses. Most of our regular prescription glasses can be converted into sunglasses too! Exceptions may apply with bifocal or progressive lenses.  Shop Rx. sunglasses.

3.Why new prescription lenses sometimes make us feel a bit uncomfortable?


    1) Compared to old lenses, power had been changed. So, when customers wear the new lenses, they may feel a bit dizzy or eyes feel uncomfortable.

    2) Old glasses will be out of shape after long time use. Cutomers may feel a bit uncomfortable when they wearing a new pair of glasses, because customers had used to the not right shape of old glasses.

    3) If customers used to wearing independent nose pad glasses, they may feel a bit uncomfortable when they change to wear a new pair of glasses with connected nose pad.

    4) Maybe the wrong lenses of your former eyeglass effect you not comfortable when wearing new right power lenses.

    5) If the optometrist offer you not precise data in optical prescription (Rx), this will also make you feel unwell when wearing new eyeglass.

4. Can prescription lenses be returned?


Since all the prescription lenses be processed according customers' needs, they cannot be sold for a second time. So, prescription lenses cannot be returned only if they has quality problems.


5.Can I use my contact lens prescription?

Unfortunately your contact lens prescription will greatly differ from your eyeglass prescription. If you don’t have a valid eyeglasses prescription we recommend asking your optician for a copy of your previous one or making an appointment to get an updated version.

6.Can I get non-prescription glasses?

You bet. All of the frames you see on our site can be sold as non-prescription frames. Just click on the one you want and select Non-prescription Glasses (Fashion or Pop-out) under the question, If you need to buy a computer glasses?Please click computer glasses to buy.

7. Can I send my prescription by fax or email?

Yes you can!

8.How do I get my prescription?

Make an appointment with your optician or local vision centre for an eye exam. While you’re there, be sure to ask for your PD (pupillary distance) measurements. If you’ve had an exam within the last two years, ask your doctor to send you a copy.

9.What are Cylinder (CYL) and AXIS values?

Both Cylinder and Axis values refer to an astigmatism in your prescription. Cylinder refers to the strength and Axis refers to the rotation of the cylindrical lens that runs on a plane of 1-180°. If you don’t have an astigmatism, or you have 00/Plano/DS written in the cylinder fields, then select “none” for both CYL and AXIS.

10.What if I don’t have a valid prescription?

No Problem. You can still order your glasses and email us your updated prescription afterwards to liza@lixinglasses.com or send to what’s app 008613857799191. We’ll wait for your valid prescription before we start processing your order.

11.What if I entered the wrong prescription?

Try to contact us within 24 hrs, since we try to process our orders quickly. As soon as you catch the mistake, call us a call at  0086-577-89888562 or email us on our ‘Contact Us’ page. Be sure to have your order number accessible and the correct prescription with you.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accepts PayPal, Payoneer, Ping Pong, Western Union and Emoney gram

How do I track my order?

Have your order ID number ready (found in your confirmation email) and follow this link: track your order.

What happens if I don't receive my order after it ships?

You have 30 days from receipt of the shipment confirmation email to notify Global-glasses.com that you have not received your item, otherwise we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

1.What is your return/exchange policy?

You can return or exchange a product for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Review our Easy Returns & Exchanges policy for complete details.

2.How do I return or exchange an item?

First, you will need to review our returns and exchanges policy. Then, follow the steps below to return or exchange your item:

1) Before returning or exchanging a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling or emailing our customer service department.

2) The RMA expires after 30 days. We will not accept returns or exchanges without a valid RMA number.

3) All products must be returned in their original packaging with any unused.

4) The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.

5) We are not responsible for any lost packages. Returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable carrier such as

3. How long do I have to exchange or return an item?

If you are returning or exchanging your item because the order is wrong or the product is damaged, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return the product to us.

4.Do I have to pay shipping fees again if I return or exchange an item?

If you are returning or exchanging your item because the order is wrong or the product is damaged, Global-glasses.com will provide you with free return shipping labels. We cannot provide free return shipping labels for international orders, but we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping.

If you are returning or exchanging your item because of size, fit, color, or some other personal preference, then you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.


1.How to clean your eyewear?

·Clean your glasses by using warm water and a mild dish soap.

·Dry your glasses gently with a soft cotton towel or cleaning cloth for eyeglasses.

·A soft toothbrush can be used to wash away any grime around the nose pads. Be careful not to accidently scuff the lens.

·Avoid using rough materials such as facial tissue or paper towels to dry your glasses, as they may scratch your frame or lenses.

·Avoid using any cleaners containing ammonia (such as Windex) or lotions (like some hand soaps), as these products could damage your lenses.

2.How to care for your eyewear?

·Avoid leaving your glasses in a hot vehicle. High heat could damage the frame and lenses.

·Avoid touching your lenses with your hands to prevent contact with dirt and oil particles that could scratch the surface.

·When not using your glasses, keep them in a case to avoid scratches.

3.How do I adjust my glasses so that they fit better?

Before shipping your glasses to you, we will adjust them based on standard fit. If you require further adjustments, we encourage you to visit a local optical store. Most brick-and-mortar eyewear retailers will adjust your glasses free of charge, as courtesy.

We do not recommend adjusting your glasses yourself, as excessive force or bending can break the frames or lenses.
